Teaching is where my passion thrives. It allows me to work with Spirit in the growth of others, nurturing future spiritualists to be of service.

Whether you're just beginning to notice your sensitivity or you're already working with Spirit and want to go deeper, I offer weekly online classes and one-to-one mentoring to support you at every stage of your unfoldment. Based in Norfolk, I teach online, so you're welcome to join me from anywhere in the world.

My Approach to Teaching

I don't teach people to work like me. Spirit communicates with each of us in the way it needs to, and my role as a teacher is to help you discover your own natural way of working.

I learned early on that this work is not about performance or personality, but about service. That's the foundation I teach from: patience, humility, staying grounded, and learning to step out of the way so Spirit can work through you.

Every student is approached with care and respect. My classes and sittings are safe, supportive spaces where you can ask anything, experiment freely, and grow in confidence at your own pace.

Online Development Classes with Jason Paul

This autumn, I'm joining psychic medium Jason Paul to launch two weekly online development classes, running live on Zoom and open to students anywhere in the world.

Each week combines teaching, practical exercises, breakout work and plenty of experimentation, and no two sessions are the same. These are friendly, welcoming spaces where you can ask questions, get things wrong, surprise yourself, and gradually build trust in your own abilities. From time to time, we're also joined by guest tutors, who bring different perspectives and experience into the class.

The Power of You: Psychic Development

Sundays, 6–8pm UK time (1–3pm ET | 10am–12pm PT) · starting 25 October

Your psychic awareness is the foundation from which all spiritual and mediumistic development grows. This class is about getting to know you: your own energy, your awareness, and the unique way you receive and interpret information.

Together we'll explore:

  • Recognising and understanding your own energy

  • Working psychically with another person

  • How thoughts, feelings, images and impressions come to you

  • Sitting in your own power

  • Trusting what you receive without overthinking it

  • The difference between psychic and mediumistic information

No experience is needed. If you're completely new to development, this is the class to begin with.

Moving in the Intelligence of the Spirit: Mediumship Development

Mondays, 7–9pm UK time · starting 26 October

Mediumship is about learning to recognise, trust and work with the presence of the spirit world. This class helps you deepen that relationship and gain confidence in the individual way Spirit communicates through you.

Together we'll explore:

  • Recognising the presence of Spirit and building a strong link

  • Working with feeling, seeing, hearing and knowing

  • Bringing through the personality and evidence of the spirit communicator

  • Working with a sitter from beginning to end

  • Platform and demonstration work

  • One-to-one, small-group and platform-style exercises

The class is open to all levels, from those new to mediumship to those already giving readings, and breakout pairings are matched to ability.

Booking: single classes are £25, and 3-class (£70) and 6-class (£135) passes are available for greater continuity. Places are limited to 35 per class, so early booking is recommended. Classes are booked through Jason's website using the links above.

One-to-One Mentoring

£75 – 1 hour

One-to-one sessions are shaped entirely around you, focusing on whichever area of your abilities or senses you'd like to expand. Areas we can work on include:

  • Energy awareness and self-healing

  • Trance art and intuitive interpretation
