The Power of You — I’m So Excited to Be Part of This Psychic Development Journey
There are some classes you teach, and then there are classes you are genuinely excited to be part of.
The Power of You is definitely one of those for me.
I’m really looking forward to joining Jason Paul for this new online psychic development class and creating a space where people can come together, explore their awareness, experiment, ask questions, laugh, get things wrong, have those unexpected moments of recognition — and perhaps discover something about themselves they didn't realise was there.
For me, that is one of the most exciting things about spiritual development.
It isn't about trying to be somebody else.
It isn't about having to arrive already knowing what you're doing.
It is about becoming curious about you.
Why I’m Excited About The Power of You
When Jason and I talked about this class, what really appealed to me was the idea of putting your own awareness at the centre of the development.
So often, when people begin exploring psychic or spiritual development, they immediately start looking outward.
Am I doing it right?
Should I be seeing something?
Why am I not experiencing what somebody else is experiencing?
Is this what psychic information is supposed to feel like?
But what happens when we stop comparing and simply become curious about our own experience?
That is something I find incredibly exciting.
The Power of You is designed around exploring your own energy, your awareness and the individual way in which information may come to you. The sessions will include teaching, practical exercises, breakout work and plenty of opportunity to experiment.
And honestly, I love that.
You Don't Have to Know What You're Doing
One of the things I especially want people to know about this class is that you don't have to arrive with experience.
If you've never done a psychic development class before, that's absolutely fine.
If you've spent years exploring your intuition, that's fine too.
You don't have to consider yourself psychic.
You don't have to have had some dramatic spiritual experience.
And you certainly don't need to have all the answers.
The class has been created to give people room to explore and learn, with no expectation that everything will be perfect straight away. Beginners are specifically welcomed.
I think that is important because development should leave room for curiosity.
Sometimes you learn the most when something doesn't quite work.
Sometimes you surprise yourself.
And sometimes you have one of those wonderful little “Oh!” moments when something suddenly clicks into place.
Those are the moments I love.
Exploring Your Psychic Awareness
There are so many different ways people experience awareness.
For one person it may be a feeling.
For another, an image.
Someone else might suddenly think of a particular word, memory or impression.
Sometimes it can be incredibly subtle.
The class will explore areas including recognising your own energy, noticing subtle changes in awareness, exploring thoughts, feelings, images and impressions, working psychically with another person's energy and developing confidence in your own natural way of working.
What excites me is that there is room to experiment.
You aren't being asked to perform.
You're learning to notice.
And I think there is something really powerful in giving yourself permission to do that.
Learning to Trust Yourself
This is probably one of the things I'm most looking forward to exploring with everyone.
We can be incredibly good at talking ourselves out of what we experience.
We notice something…
…and then immediately explain it away.
We get an impression…
…and then decide it couldn't possibly be right.
We feel something…
…and then start analysing it until we've talked ourselves out of it completely!
I know I've certainly been there.
Part of development is learning when to question something and when simply to notice what you experienced.
The Power of You will explore trusting what you receive without immediately overthinking it, while also exploring the distinction between psychic and mediumistic information.
That balance is really important.
Psychic Development Isn't About Being Perfect
I really want this class to feel enjoyable.
Yes, there is learning involved.
Yes, there will be exercises and practical work.
But I don't want anyone sitting there feeling that they have to get everything right.
The class is intended to be an encouraging space where people can ask questions, experiment, get things wrong, surprise themselves and gradually become more familiar with the way their own awareness works.
To me, that's what development should feel like.
There should be curiosity.
There should be discovery.
There should be moments where you think, “Wow, where did that come from?”
And there should be plenty of encouragement along the way.
Why “The Power of You”?
I love the name of this class because that really is what it's about.
You.
Your experiences.
Your awareness.
Your energy.
Your potential.
Your way of working.
There isn't any point trying to turn you into another medium, another psychic or another teacher.
Your development should become your own.
That is something I feel very strongly about, and it's one of the reasons I'm so excited about this class.
Developing Together
Although the focus is on your own development, there is also something lovely about learning alongside other people.
Everyone brings their own experiences, questions and perspectives.
You can learn from the exercises, but you can also learn from simply hearing how somebody else experienced something.
The class will be live online through Zoom, with practical breakout work as well as teaching and discussion.
And because it is online, you can join us from wherever you are.
No travelling.
No worrying about whether you've got to walk into a room full of strangers.
Just make yourself comfortable, settle in and give yourself those two hours to explore.

You can book a single session for £25, or choose a three-class pass for £70 or a six-class pass for £135.

Some of you may already have a strong sense of your intuition.
Some may be completely new to this.
