A Lifelong Conversation With Spirit

My Journey Into Spiritual Guidance, Mediumship, Intuition & Trance Art in Norfolk

Living and working in Norfolk, I often reflect on how long spirit has been part of my life. For as long as I can remember, I have been in an ongoing, natural conversation with my guides. It was never something I learned or searched for — it simply was.

There was never just one guide who stayed forever. They changed over time, each arriving when needed. Yet one in particular felt especially close. Whenever my mind questioned something, they would gently talk me through it — not always with direct answers, but often by encouraging me to ask better, deeper questions.

That way of being has shaped not only who I am, but the spiritual guidance, mediumship and intuitive work I now offer here in Norfolk.

Awareness Begins With a Question

One moment from my childhood shaped my awareness forever.

I was around six years old when I noticed a man sitting on the ground asking for money. I asked why he was there and was told the obvious — that he had no home and most likely no dinner for Christmas Day. But then spirit prompted me to ask something deeper:

“Who makes the money?”

That single question opened my understanding of how the world works — how systems, choices and power can allow suffering to exist. I gave the man the 50p I had just been given, and from that moment on, awareness of the less fortunate became part of who I am.

It wasn’t taught.
It was lived.

That same awareness now flows through my spiritual guidance sessions and mediumship work — holding compassion, depth and truth at the centre.

Art, Stillness, and Early Preparation

As a child, I often sat quietly inside my toy cupboard, staring at a large Van Gogh chair print. I remember telling spirit that it was a boring painting — yet I was always guided to keep looking. To study it. To feel into it.

I would completely zone out, emerging later in a deeply meditative state.

Only now do I understand that art was always part of my path — quietly embedded within my energy. What felt like boredom or play was actually preparation. Spirit was shaping what would later become my trance art and intuitive artwork, long before I had language for it.

We’re often told that things “take time,” but rarely encouraged to ask why they take time. Much of my early life was about learning patience, depth and trust — lessons that cannot be rushed.

Learning to Live Without Constant Communication

For most of my life, I was in constant communication with my guides. They were my friends. If communication went quiet, I would panic. Quite literally, their presence kept me alive — on four occasions they intervened to keep me here. Twice, I felt I had a choice.

At 38, they told me something that changed everything:

I would need to learn how to live without them being constantly present.

That transition took just over four years and still stirs emotion within me. Even now, when I go to speak and have to wait — even briefly — it can feel unnerving.

Yet I understand why this was necessary. It was part of my grounding, my independence, and my development as a medium. I would not have survived my life without my guides — but I also had to learn how to stand fully in my own energy.

That balance now shapes my work in mediumship, spiritual guidance and intuitive development.

Intuition, Mediumship & Being a Little Nosy

I was always an intuitive child, often asking about things before I had any conscious knowledge of them — long before I understood what “gifts” were. That hasn’t changed much.

I still ask… though I try not to be too nosy.

Curiosity has always been one of my strengths. Sometimes, when a guide offers information, I gently push past the surface and explore what sits deeper within their consciousness. That exploration often brings greater clarity, insight and truth.

I’ve also always wanted to know what’s coming before it happens — something that naturally feeds into my seership and prophetic awareness. These abilities weren’t chosen or trained into me; they’ve always been present. What I had to learn was how to navigate them — especially within my mediumship — without fear or doubt.

Grounded in Norfolk, Guided by Spirit

Today, I live and work in Norfolk, a place whose stillness, landscape and natural rhythm deeply support my spiritual work. This land allows me to stay grounded while remaining open — connected to both Earth and spirit.

It’s here that everything prepared in childhood is finally being brought into physical form:
through mediumship, spiritual guidance, trance art, intuitive awareness, and compassionate connection.

What may sound magical to some has always felt normal to me. I hear spirit, and I don’t question it — but I’ve learned when to listen, when to wait, and when to trust myself.

This is not just my story.
It is the foundation of the work I now offer.

And if this resonates with you, you’re likely already listening too. ✨
